We offer undergraduate and graduate courses in World History, focusing on global connections, cultural exchanges, and large-scale transformations. Faculty have special expertise in premodern Eurasian history, and their research interests include gender, disease, and transcultural comparisons. Recent graduate courses have included History of Disease and History of Marriage, and broader Colloquia and Research Seminars.
