Contributions to the Department of History The continued support of alumni and friends of the University of Georgia History Department bolsters its teaching and research missions in invaluable ways. A number of individuals are honored by named scholarship and fellowship funds, but the department also welcomes gifts to general funds. The History Department is made stronger through continued contributions, each of which entitles a donor to receive tax deductions. Clicking on the title of each account listed below will allow you to make a donation to that account online, but you are also welcome to make a donation over the phone by calling 706-542-3581 or sending a check made out to the University of Georgia Foundation and sending it to the address listed at the bottom of this page.
