Stephanie Holterman began in the Double Dawgs program (A.B. History/M.A. History) offered at UGA. After completing her Bachelor's degree, she narrowed her research interests to political history in the Gilded Age. She explored procedure in the House of Representatives, specifically the implementation of Thomas B. Reed's Rules in 1890.
