Paul Professor of Constitutional Law and a professor of history at Harvard University, will present "‘The Civil Rights Queen': Constance Baker Motley and the Struggle for Racial and Gender Equality in America." The Donald L. Hollowell Lecture annually brings to UGA a national or international expert in the areas of civil and human rights or social and economic sustainability.
