Dr. Barton Myers (UGA PhD History, 2009) will be a featured “talking head” on the History Channel’s upcoming documentary on President Grant. Barton A. Myers is the Class of 1960 Professor of Ethics and History (2019-2022) and Associate Professor of Civil War History at Washington and Lee University in Lexington, Virginia, an award-winning teacher and author, and a recognized authority on American Civil War and military history.
