History Grad Yoga & Mindfulness

Just for history graduate students! 

Join us for an interlude of yoga and mindfulness away from your office and books.

A qualified University yoga practitioner will lead the group and we'll have some healthy snacks available.

NO experience or prior knowledge of yoga is required - all levels are welcome.

Important: Please bring a towel or yoga mat to use during the session!

Please RSVP so we know how much snacks to provide. Email Laurie at history@uga.edu if you plan to attend.
