How is the law actually implemented and enforced? Students will study not only what it took to pass landmark acts, including the Wagner and Voting Rights Acts, but what and who it took to implement, enforce, and modify these famous laws. Course materials will be a mix of historical accounts, law review articles, and UGA manuscript collections to explore what happens after a law is passed.
