M.A. Program of Study (Guidebook)

By the end of their first year, students must consult with their major professors to prepare a formal Program of Study. The student will first submit the program of study to their major professor for approval before the start of their third term in residence. If approved, the student will submit a paper copy of the form, completed as fully as possible, to the Graduate Program Administrator by the end of their first year in residence for initial review. Once approved, the student will submit the form in Gradstatus.uga.edu for the approval of their committee, the Director of Graduate Studies, and the Dean of the Graduate School.*

*The Program of Study form is currently transitioning to Degree Works. More details will be forthcoming.
