Doctoral Candidate David Thomson has been named the 2014-15 Marty and Bruce Coffey Fellow at The Huntington Library in San Marino, California.

First year Master's student Laura Briscoe has been awarded the Lynn E. May Study Grant by the Southern Baptist Historical Library & Archives in Nashville, TN to assist with her project on evangelical women in the 1970s and 1980s.

In the press: The Root has included Chana Kai Lee in its list of twenty historians who are "Keepers of Women's History."

Steve Soper won the J. Hatten Howard Teaching Award for faculty members "who exhibit special promise in teaching Honors courses."

Congratulations to Ph.D. candidate Kylie Hulbert, a recipient of the Graduate School's 2013-2014 Excellence in Teaching Award.
